Our Story
UAE Chiller was established to solve a common problem facing UAE food and logistics businesses: the difficulty of sourcing reliable, fully-certified refrigerated vehicles quickly, without the overhead of owning and maintaining a fleet. Many businesses, particularly restaurants, food importers, pharmaceutical distributors, and growing e-commerce platforms, need chiller transport on demand, not tied to rigid long-term leases.
Operating from our base in Dubai Investment Park 1, we positioned ourselves at the geographic heart of UAE logistics, directly on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), giving fast access to Jebel Ali, Al Maktoum Airport, KIZAD, Mussafah, and all major industrial zones across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Over 15 years, we have built a fleet that covers every vehicle size the UAE cold chain requires: from nimble 1-Ton city vans to 25-Ton reefer trailers for cross-border GCC export.
Today we serve over 1,000 businesses across all 7 UAE emirates, from independent restaurant groups and dark kitchen operators to pharmaceutical distributors, supermarket chains, and food importers operating out of Jebel Ali Free Zone and Hamriyah. Every vehicle leaves our yard pre-cooled, DM Card certified, and GPS-tracked.

Certifications & Compliance
Our fleet meets every regulatory requirement for refrigerated transport across the UAE, so your business stays fully compliant without the compliance headache.
Every vehicle in our fleet carries a valid DM Card, the mandatory certification for transporting perishable food goods in Dubai. Without it, deliveries are rejected at supermarkets, hotels, hospitals, and restaurants. Ours are always current.
All vehicles operating in Abu Dhabi are registered on the ASATEEL GPS tracking system administered by the ITC, mandatory for commercial vehicles in Abu Dhabi emirate. Our Abu Dhabi fleet is fully ASATEEL-compliant.
Our vehicles and procedures meet the food transport standards set by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA), including vehicle hygiene, temperature maintenance, and driver competency requirements.
Our fleet supports HACCP-compliant cold chain operations. Temperature logs, pre-trip checks, and calibrated digital displays on every vehicle ensure your pharma or food supply chain meets international audit requirements.
All drivers assigned to Abu Dhabi food transport routes hold Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) certificates, mandatory under ADAFSA for commercial food delivery drivers operating in Abu Dhabi emirate.
Cross-border drivers hold valid GCC permits for Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain routes. We manage all customs documentation and HACCP temperature records for the full cross-border cold chain journey.
