We offer three categories of refrigerated vehicles: Chiller Vans (1-Ton and 1.5-Ton) for city deliveries and last-mile cold chain; Chiller Trucks (3-Ton, 3.5-Ton, 7-Ton, and 10-Ton) for bulk distribution and pharmaceutical logistics; and Chiller Trailers (20-Ton and 25-Ton) for large-scale warehouse-to-warehouse distribution and cross-border GCC transport. All vehicles maintain temperatures from +5°C to -25°C and are DM Card certified.
A DM Card is a Dubai Municipality certification required for all vehicles transporting perishable food goods in the UAE. Without a valid DM Card, your delivery can be rejected at the gates of supermarkets, hotels, hospitals, and restaurants. Every vehicle in the UAE Chiller fleet carries a valid DM Card, ensuring your deliveries meet all regulatory requirements and are never rejected on compliance grounds.

Yes. We offer both with-driver and self-drive options for our chiller vans and trucks. Self-drive requires a valid UAE driving licence and may require a security deposit. Many businesses prefer the driver-inclusive option as it includes an experienced driver familiar with UAE food logistics routes and delivery procedures.
All UAE Chiller vehicles maintain temperatures from +5°C to -25°C, covering both chilled and deep-frozen product requirements. The refrigeration units run continuously, including during loading and unloading, so temperature integrity is maintained from collection point to final delivery. This range covers fresh produce (+5°C), dairy and pharmaceuticals (+2°C to +8°C), meat and seafood (-10°C to -18°C), and ice cream and deep-frozen goods (-18°C to -25°C).
We offer flexible rental terms to suit your business: daily (per trip or per day), weekly, monthly, and yearly contracts. Monthly and yearly contracts offer significantly better per-day rates and are the most popular choice for businesses with ongoing cold chain requirements. There are no rigid lock-in contracts, we work around your operational needs.
The terms are often used interchangeably, but technically: a chiller van operates between 0°C and +8°C, suited for fresh produce, dairy, and pharmaceuticals. A freezer van operates at -18°C or below, required for ice cream, frozen meat, and deep-frozen goods. Our fleet covers both ranges in the same vehicle, the refrigeration units are adjustable from +5°C down to -25°C, so one UAE Chiller van can handle multiple product types on a single route.
